Introduction

Open your mind and your heart and begin to realize that you can change behavior that has been with you for many years. You don’t have to stay overweight. Inside, you are a smaller, healthier, fitter person. You can bring that person out. It takes time, so be patient. Work towards it everyday. One step at a time. Some days the steps will be big, some days they will be small. Some days you may step back a little, but you can always continue on again the next day. You are full of hope and desire. You are confident and strong. You can change your mind and you can change your body. The power lies within you.
If you are wondering why my tagline says fit your mind, fit your body, I will tell you. Losing weight is all about eating the right things and exercising, right? Well, mostly. But it's not easy. If you are like me, you get up in the morning thinking, I am going to do all the right things today. My stomach is empty and I am going to choose to fill it with healthy, nutritious food that will give me energy and make me feel healthy and fit! Until just a few minutes after breakfast and I am craving chocolate! So that's where fit your mind comes in. Because if you are thinking the right things, it will help you to do the right things and lead you to the healthy, fit body you desire.
